How wired to hear that but its true

Just look at their financial report. each time it gets worse and worse, it is not because the games they have are bad, in fact, the NCSOFT makes great games in which millions of players play. even though they are old, but this company has one major disease/problem. it is greed and unsuccessful example this project (since I'm writing here). many people loved and loved until now, despite a disastrous GOD made a lot of thousandths online in a miserable 4k, only in 1 Russia there were 23 servers of 6k and now there are 3 on it and you don’t need to write about the fact that times changed, players changes,GOD, etc. no! the online started to fall as soon as they brought the Tauti weapons in the store. (want to earn extra money but killed the whole project).

The launch of the classic should have been a gift for those who have been waiting for it, but unfortunately, just like the last time with other projects, NCsoft stepped on its grails and sent those "ignoring" that destroyed its creation, and there are a lot of them. the place to keep the audience and communication with the community (even though it’s 4 servers and not 23), NCsoft is trying, by all means, trying to spoil something as soon as possible. here you can smudge snot on 30 pages about the number of errors and problems but the most important thing is the meaning.

See it was much easier. Ncwest knew that many of the players are playing in Europe and I think this is one of the reasons why they went to the f2p model which is good in principle. Innova's FTP model lasted 4-5 years with 20-23 servers. but there FTP model was different in that they did not intentionally lower the rates for the players so that they would buy a premium. Surely such a large company could not have thought that such an action would not lead her to success and respect but on the contrary, hatred, and outflow of players. more than that. The drop could be cut and maybe it was the right decision but you need to give something in return. You could give a full-fledged drop to the players who buy a premium account and then there wasn’t one claim to you (except for the game aspects)

but no. apparently, they know players better than the players themselves. (hi google) you could think that I’m wrong. then how can you explain 25 pages of 'snot' and complaints about the same problem? Really the players for this company are so indifferent?

Why this company understands only because of the bad, and waits until the players simply leave the project to it, well i can't understand that, and I think no one can explain. (well probably the last reduction in blade&soul staff says everything.)

p/s sorry about the grammar ^^

Lots of companies have become very disconnected from their fans, look at Blizzard struggling right now. Look at the whole Battlefield 5 debacle that lead to terrible sales. With NCsoft though they've always had this problem, I guess it just has to do with all the decisions being made by NCKorea and there being some sort of disconnect between the players and the people making the decisions. Video games are on the decline recently and it mainly has to do with greed.

Big companies do not work that way - there is no individual approach to read your feedback and make an action.

Only big sentiment is going to be taken in to account - as example bad profit = bad project itself. Nobody is going to look for you comment and notice there was a simple thing ruining the game.

Well, if you take a look at LIVE servers, you could actually derive this statement to be true. And not 'apparently' true, but actually true.

So yeah, if you don't buy NCoin now, you will have to buy more later. People aren't going to stop playing just because you don't like something.

  • Amraith changed the title to They never lean from their mistakes and its very sad.

Classic is just one big waste of time--like every other iteration of this game eventually was.

Garbage "bot detect" software that bans honest players, Support staff straight from the dumpster, an economy that favors adena sellers, and a toxic community complete with BR's who try to ks everything & leave trains on you for the jaja'z.

Personally, I'm glad they forced me to quit before I wasted another minute on this burning trash heap.

NcWest only bought the brand and the rights to use the NcSoft logo, it's just a greedy company that knows absolutely nothing about players, let alone mmorg despite the time.

NcSoft, the developer of the game understood that selling your games to stupid companies like this one is not profitable, thanks to that Blade and soul was the last title for Ncwest.

You can see the latest great success of NCsoft with Guild Wars 1 & 2 where the key to success, after developing a great content was to partner with a dedicated company with staff that really does its job.
A GMshop that is updated every 15 days, that absolutely everything you buy can be obtained by playing, the bots or last more than 5 days since the IP, the PC and the account are banned.
They have a list of approved third party programs that can be used since they do not change the gameplay, they only provide information.
an official Wiki, which can be updated by the same players in English, Spanish and German.

Soon new chapter for the last expansion, and in process to launch Guild wars 3 in less than 2 years.

very happy that he has only spent $ 50 and has all the content
people happy that they will have spent 2500 $ + + + + and both play without a considerable advantage.

20,000 real players active after 5 years, new players joining. Forums and redsocial talking about.

and all this, things that NcWest never knew how to manage, lots of money earned and many players happy thanks to NCSoft's decision to abandon NCWest in their new projects.

Ncwest is a fully owned subsidiary of Ncsoft, they never bought anything. The main problem with NCwest is that being a fully owned subsidiary its staff has little to no say on corporate decisions over this market. The reason why Innova's model is different is because they are not a subsidiary and did indeed purchase the rights to exploit the game over a geography, this gives them a say on how they want to exploit the market they have the rights too. Blade and Soul was the last title for NCwest? they why did they launch and failed on MxM?.

If NCwest was left to manage the market by themselves maybe they'd make better decisions, including in their communication to their customer base, but things being as they are they cannot do anything without asking for permission and in Korea's mind this market is worthless and the player based is looked down upon. In order to finance their headquarters activities and projects they have drained every possible resource from Ncwest, the result is the skeleton crew and the lack of service you all know.
