Enchantment failure refound?

a friend of mine told me that i could ask for a refound if a break an item while enchanting, 1 time per account or something like that. is that true?

only if you have vip 4 , but im not sure but if you write to Support to discuss with them the issue with your refound .

I did this a couple days ago and they were super responsive and helpful. Thanks NCWest!

Where yould be the risk if overenchant is more or less safe in refound?^^
You get crystals... so you already have a refound ingame
