[Macro Buffer outside party]

I've noticed this too, I have a recharger where I macro queue up 4 recharges but sometimes it just does 2 of the 4, sometimes all, seems random.  Maybe try adding a 1 second delay before where it normally breaks.  Also try /attack instead of another /target.  Good luck

If you have a clan you'll find groups, otherwise mostly solo.  Level up some buffers along side your main.  They are basically required to solo at 78+.
