On the last event freya fortune stick it is so much harder to get a bloodstain weapon.
For +22 freya staff = stage 1 dragon weapon , +23 freya staff = stage 2 dragon weapon,
+24 freya staff = stage 3 dragon weapon, and +25 freya staff = blood stain weapon.
But with all the fragment we currently have people can make 2 cursed weapon in 3 months .
For this it is so useless for r110 weapon and dragon weapon because curse weapon is so over power .
Also it will affect the way people play event . 
All item for enchanting r 110 weeapon and claws and dragon fragment will be less desirable .

2 Blood per day is too fast . Better disable the Cursed Weapons raids and make event from NCstore to let everyone have chance to get bloody and fragment .
