this triggers  every time you buy NCoin or packs from them no matter how small the purchase is. takes a minimum 24 to 48 hours to actually get what your purchased

[Help my buffs arn working!!]

hey everyone so today my buffs stopped working, they are greyed out as you can see on the picture. I cant automatically or even manually turn them on why is this?

 

 

[Deluxe Pack items not showing up]

ok So i bought the Deluxe Pack and have activated it so it shows up in game. Now in game it said that the items have arrived in my store manager, in any village to obtain it. SO i went to a village and  talked to the " warehouse keeper " and there is no Deluxe Pack items to with draw. i have tried closing the game and relogging and also going to multiple villages and still not show in the war house. Am i doing some thing wrong??
