Why people get upset with % of p2w items, all knows that NCSOFT West is more expensive than other regions and they only want money and more money before fixes and great updates in the server for the casual players. Well, if you refer to the US congress bill article S.1629, NCwest is pretty much in compliance. But it would be fair to our playas if we can get the rates of each event. A game is a game, you shouldn't need to throw thousands of dollars into it, it becomes a disease not entertainment anymore.
