Most of the Sayha's Seers have learned all Alchemy's skills many year ago, when the scrolls dropped from Istina/Tauti (normal & epic)/Helios/Etina.

It's actually very simple,
1st NCwest should remove very long ago only the Prestige Rune, but not the Pack and denominate the adena deleting "000" (1k) from all NPC prices and players Inventory/WH/AH. In that way the accumulated adena for each and every server would be less and players can trade items instead of 1T for 1b adena. Ofcz, items in Grocery or drop adena from mobs which are equal to 1000 or less, should be rounded to 1 adena.
2nd NCwest should "flood" the servers with items during event promos, but NOT expensive promos. E.g. instead of the standard pack 50 usd/eur = 4k NC to reduce the price to 10 usd/eur = 4k NC. In that way more ppl will buy those "affordable packs" causing rare items reduction and making their customers/players happy. In order to reduce the very expensive rare items, all success rates % (enchanting, compound) must be increased.
3rd NCwest should make more "burn-adena events", such as "dolls' event", so players to achieve top items easily and spend adena at the same time.

As the title states the Live servers are experienced lack of Angel's Ring/Earring/Necklace Boxes.
Let me remind you that these boxes are required for collection items and also are main ingredient for Upgrading standard Angel's Ring/Earring/Necklace to Blessed one, which are collection items too.
Please add them in the next Event boxes. Thank you. -
NCwest Support Team are good for nothing.
They are always unable to help, assist, restore, replace, transfer items within the account, etc.
But they are very good in taking salary at the end of the month, lol -

Full Moon - Vitality Maintaining Rune Details
From the maintenance starting on Tuesday, October 10, to the maintenance on October 17, a Full Moon will appear above the Towns of Giran and Rune. By double clicking on the Full Moon, the player will be rewarded with a Vitality Maintaining Rune that will last for 14 days or until the rune is removed during maintenance on October 24.
- The Vitality Maintaining Rune will be removed during the maintenance on October 24.
- Limited at 1 per account.

The majority of the L2store stuff been removed by lack of knowledge about their usage in game.
GMs should ask or create a poll if they are in doubt about the items listed in L2store.

In my eyes, they want all players to stfu and spent 10k usd/eur per month and at the end, our Masters to give us a rabbit ears and 5 Freya's Scroll of Storm and all the slaves to be happy and grateful because "gift is not something to be demanded for".

We are talking about 5-7 chars with full exalted equipment @ max ++++ enchants and it should be made it in that way to be easy for the new players who don't have top equipment in game to go Dailies 105 and earn some decent XP and rewards from Venusta boxes.

Hello,
Before the update, I was able to wipe out Baylor and Kamaloka Bosses with 1 BR,.
Now with even upgraded set (+20 Blessed Exalted Armor) and upgraded weapon (+21 Blessed Exalted) I hit Baylor for 43 dmg and Baylor hits me between 12 000 and 13 000 dmg. When we compare 43 with 12 000 we might conclude that something is wrong, don't you think? @Hermes

Just now tested, It is giving the standard exalted armor set, not the Blessed one.

We are talking about that we have already bought those sets and packs long ago before these collection were created. And due to the limit we can't buy it/them anymore. The only one option is deleting the character/s and create a new one, in order to receive a new Blessed Exalted set, enchant it and place it in the collection, which is dumb. if it's not your concern no need to spam and troll people's threads in the forum.
In one hand you are crying that there is not enough people playing Lineage II and from the other side when people complains, you and guys like mixa appeared and start trolling. If I am GM/Admin and see that, I won't take any action because seems players are not united and they argue....

here is why you are 100% wrong, collections are universal, which means you can complete the collection from any toon on the same account and even if you delete that toon collections stay iirc. Also I think that the consumables are NOT dimensional items, meaning they are stuck on the toon that purchased them.
So if they did have the sets on another toon on the same account, noone would complain, they would buy the scrolls, enchant the sets and feed the to the collection

The consumable items when they are purchased with the Exalted gear are dimensional and could be transferred to the main character in the same account. When you open their box, then they are NOT dimensional and can't be transferred between the characters in the same account. I am aware that you can delete a character and create a new one in 24 hrs and pass the exalted quest for exalted equipment, but the characters are already created and all their skills are learned. This means It's NOT acceptable to spend again for Rune Stones and Greater Rune stones. Bear in mind that the collection is created an year after the Blessed Exalted pack creation.

Again I am reading some "smart guys" with stupid questions: "What did you do with the armor?"
Obviously the normal guys like him, bought all packs and spread them to the boxes in the same account and now in order to add a blessed set in the collection has to get naked one or more boxes in his account. So, no need stupid questions, just let the GM/Admin answer of his request.
I also need reset of these options in L2store to add more in the collection and keep at the same time my all 6 boxes with +20 Blessed Armor sets.

People lost their 5 hrs XP runes, parties for the night, power lvling, etc. And you even didn't summon the f* angel's cats to compensate the EU players, who slept during your "emeregency" restart. Shame on you!
