I can't log in.I reinstall the  launcher and the game and after i tap the start button it returns in the start page

I am a returning player. I am 99lvl now and i have learn buff skills but i can't use them.They are gray out.Same story for all the chars i lvl up.Do i miss something?Is it supposed to be used above a certain lvl?

[Convert ancient weapon]

I am a returning player (Doombringer 78lvl). How do i convert my ancient weapon sword to its normal state to be able to use my new skills?When i played the game there was the option for example to convert a gram to an ancient gram and vice versa.Now what can i do?
