[shadai does not allow to upgrade brooch from lvl 2 to lvl 3]

I know this topic is old but i have same issue and my +5greater  brooch is not showing in upgrade on blacksmith even if i unequiped it and lvl5 La Vie En Rose's Brooch it is showed in options

I managed to reach level 61 before spirit ore finished, shots were finished way before that and with about 750k adena in inventory i dont see any other progress in game than level.

I want to thank NCwest for the prices we have now on ruby and other jewels,it cost more than a highly overenchanted limited weapon, was good that you removed  them from game cause otherwise people would be more stacked and could affect "ballance " of game, isn't it ? Since from here started the removal of a permanent addition in game of greedy chests proved that GM's have influence to make changes in this game, so all scarcity of items we see it is their doing.

pretty much all from above, but i insist about drops and spoil, they are way too low, making them x2 would be useless and ppl will not go out in open field for a 0,00000000000000000000001 chance to drop or spoil something, that means no other way of farming items beside l2store and which will lead to ppl  leaving from game. If you don't to this better shutdown game.
