Truth is they know the ones botting are the spenders. doubt anything be done.

I think turning off new toons during xp event might solve the issue in one swoop.

Lag comes from ppl who can afford to spend thousands on their toon but can't afford a rose, so they all decide to box a ton of alts just for marks. Lvl 10+ clans fetch a decent price in adena also.

Boost support classes next. Gets old being used for the occasion and not being able to farm solo.

Have the same Issue also with accounts using Outlook. They don's post it in inbox but rather a sub page at top named other emails.
