Moving items trough accounts "to get more tokens" is a clear abuse of the restoration policy.

Anyway. The problem though here is while you tried(or not) to abuse, there are +10 Dragon Jewels/Dyes/Soul Crystals/ETC were made trough this. Restoration Policy should never existed and NCSoft made a huge mistake protecting certain people. Not saying directly you tried to abuse as this possibly can hurt genuine restorations.

if only all pots were in 1 version and all runes didnt count towards inventory limit (or better yet be an account setting)...

Used to be 80 limit to change 10 years ago, how they could not increase once again?. Agree other good option would be make runes, gem jewels and other misc to not count like Artifacts does. Imagine if Artifact also counted.
