Wait, do you actually mean that the items "Blessed Spiritshot D, C, B, A, S grade" doesn't exist?

Hi, I am a new L2 classic-Giran player.
I have never seen anyone selling 'Blessed Spirshots - D Grade' in the Giran town player market.
If I buy a D grade weapon from the store, where am I supposed to buy BSSD?
The player market in Giran town seems pretty weak. 
How come none sells SS/BSS of any grade? Or any leveling gear? 
All I see in the stores are enchanted S grade weapons for 1 billion adena.
