Is it a bug or not? If you're phasing out SS tickets why didn't you announce it?

All our Soulshot tickets are made to expire in 27 days! Is this a bug?

[PKers have it too easy]

We are seeing much more than before, high level characters commit PKs randomly without regard. Then to clear the karma they go to kill mobs in the high level areas at ToI or LoA, and within 20 minutes their karma is 100% cleared. This is an exploit that needs to be fixed. It not only completely inbalances the game for the benefit of the PKer, it also defeats the purpose of having any penalties for committing PKs and having karma.
