[weird Game behavior]

Hello since yestarday after the maitenance i started experiencing wierd client and game behavior . 

Most relevant is that i teleport to TOI and the game is like freezing , i can't move ,  the chat is loading in batches of couple of minutes . 

If i go out of toi in Aden for example game is working smooth as it was before . 

Tried reinstalling the game , the client . Same behavior! 

Maybe other experience the same behavior .
I need to say until today since September I didn't have any issues with the game
