If you have been trying to claim it by clicking the "gift icon" that pops up, then it is not the correct way.
You need to go to "Dimensional Merchant" -> Enchantment and Convenience -> Claim Dimensional Item.
You also need to make sure you have less than 80% inventory space, or else you cannot claim the items from there.

we cannot know for sure if they will persist once they are added to the collection, since they still retain their deletion timer. in any case, they do not have the stats the normal dolls give so just might as well stick them into the collection and hope for the best.

the dolls are meant to be added to the collections where they give stat values. u cannot compound them and that is why they have a timer

The mob you need in Plains of Lizardmen is called "Tamash's Comrade - Melat Lizardman Berserker". The other one with title called "Tanta Lizardmen Berserker" won't count for the daily quest for grapes

They added the last 2 Premier Coins via a code they posted 2 weeks ago. If you were saving them up, it would bump your total to 6 to get the Doll Box

Hello,
so it seems that you guys gave up on distributing the last 2 Premier coins needed to get the Premier Doll Box from this Event Exchange which is due to end on Tuesday next week (May 16th).
However, it seems, one cannot access the exchange window via Dimensional Merchant anymore, I have 4 Premier coins I would like to exchange before they expire.
Could someone kindly look into this matter?

it is not +30% it is -30% casting speed when using bow or spear.

this game is designed for afk solo hunting. no party buffs except for level 2 songs/dances which cost a lot of materials (f2p) or 60k lcoins (each SB)

if u are strictly F2P, add +10 to the level range on what the adventurer's guide lists. That means, stay in the spot until the mobs turn blue before proceeding to the next area.
if you want it easier, get the hero starter pack. it has everything u need to pimp up your character and level in the areas recommended by the adventurer's guide.

At the very bottom of Sayha's Will description, "Applied when there is no Sayha's Grace". If you want to add more exp boost while you still have Sayha's Grace, u either use Sayha's Gust (until 75) or Sayha's Storm (75 and up)

To echo some of the sentiments:
Goddard zones are inefficient. Mobs are too hard for the normal players. You need to spend at least 4 hours to complete the 1k Mob kills daily quest there with decent gear
Ancient Adena rewards are scarce, and if there are no other sources for Ancient Adena, it wil indeed take too long to get the more expensive items from the shop.
Phantasmal Dungeon's Secret Area spawn rate is abyssmally low. We have been able to go to the Cat Village only once since the Vanguard Patch went live.
The lack of Magic-weak mobs also need to be adressed. I have yet to see a mob with "weakness to Magic". Everything favors melee damage at the moment.

So, yeah, Elcadia did miss out on at least one rotation. Boss Weapon Pack from the first time slot of Day 1. GG!
It only appears once so, no more chances left for that prize

Regarding the Steel Guild event... does that mean we will be missing out on the first two time rotations for the Steel Guild Shop for Day 1? When the server goes Live after maintenance, the next opening of the Steel Guild Shop is slated for 19:00 Server Time
