[Dye powder chance 50% is not working well...]

Update.... 6th time i enchant Dye lv 0 to upgrate to Lv 1 and still fail... unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

in 6 times had taken masterbooks who had 30% sucsess  rate!!!!  unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fix that and give me what is right !!!!

i have DYE +0 STR and enchant it to level up to +1 with 5 in a row Dye powders. it says 50% chance and all 5 failed! is this normal???
