The NPC in the city moves to the giran/rune to the place where the moon should be, but it is not there. This is some kind of idiocy. These are items for learning skills, they are needed by all classes. Why are they so outrageously expensive? I remember how earlier you had to farm books, they fell in the catacombs, in the ivory tower, hot springs, dino island.
