Support for this game has been gone down considerably, if they can't even reply to such a simple question.

The Karma system has been overhauled a while ago, this resets the positive/negative rep (karma) to 0. 

This has been done a few times in the past as well.

I recently started playing again and missed out on a few anniversaries, I was hoping to get them this time but this is the 1st anniversary without veteran gifts, is there still plans for this or any way to get the previous veteran gifts?
