Hi guys!
My character is level 76 and I can not start his third class, npc Galadrid simply does not "give" me the quest. It's like I did not have the level or it was not the correct npc to start. I wonder if it's a bug or if there's something I need to do before I can release the quill from the shillen templar saga?
