[I am missing textures on the client]

I can not see the textures of Forgottem Island and when I transport myself to that place I appear swimming as if there were no soil as if the textures of that region were missing, I wanted to know if you can help me with this problem since I reinstalled the client from scratch the same thing keeps happening to me. Admin with all the respect in the world, it seems to me that this bots issue is getting very annoying, there should be more bots than people playing the game. When is it going to happen to put an anti-bot?
