Dude i recently lvled one char to lvl 40 and i changed class but i did not received any "spellbook chest". Where to claim it?

Hello, Ncsoft Team. I am trying to use the new UI automated system but it does not work for me, i mean the only thing that work is the  auto use "next target" but i can't drag any macro for auto use, also i can't drag any consumable item to the automated hunting UI inventory. Please help with this issue.
