When he wants to log in, his account shows him a sign that says "YOUR BROWSER SESSION HAS EXPIRED".
He wants it so he can order the gifts they give you in the "16th Anniversary Bonus Pack - Time Limited Code (Classic)".
I could request them with my account, but he cannot login.
If he can login his characters in the game but cannot login his account in the forum.
YOUR BROWSER SESSION HAS EXPIRED.
