SO @Hermes , what you're saying as a Company, is: We increase the prestige price up to 5x than what previously was, we divide it into two packs which will cost extra 1x2,5x than the previous previous one did and both packs, will not have the -15% cd or +15% pve rune.
Am I right?

Hello there.
I've been wondering what happened to the half-kill effect of the pinpoint shot.
Before the autumn update we had a system message in white letter which reffered to the success of half-kill.
Now doesn't ever come up. I get criticals, armor breaks, but where the message? Is it ever happening now?
Is there even a way to cross ref if it happens or not?

I did not have any half-kill since server went live. Also pin-point is the slowest right now, which bfr was one of the most dependable dmg dealing skills.
Cant tell if the armor penetration 30% works or criticals happen but dmg varies and noticeably less than before.
Libra has nothing to do with that. We can still use Rose and see we insufficient.
all skill seem to cast slower and i m not sure if there has been a limiter in server input of skill spamming since so many Yuls out there in order to reduce lag.
Right now feels like a newbie in Aden server.
