Hello. How does critical craft works? and how to get it for my dwarf? also are there any ways to increase success rate for crafting (for example recipe gives 60 percent, and get 5 or 10 more...)?

had some kind of similar problem, but his SE skill lvl was too low to recharge, in my case I have 17 lvl recharge, and can only increade it to 18 lvl...but dont believe that it is problem..
