[SKILL BUG (SPELL MASTER) not work]

i am necro have the same issue , Fix the bug Admin

i am necro 60 lvl , when i was 59 i had 607 casting speed at 60 level i pay 500k to learn skill ( spell master lvl 2 ) which give casting speed+50 and +30 m.atack , but it doesn t work. i still have 607 casting speed and i pay almost all my adena wtf . Admins check it pls.
