[Windy LUC CHA dye]

Before Fafurion update, these dyes come from Fortune bag. What is the main source now? Thanks.

In game some mate pm-ed too, it seems Tarti 3 quests flow gives the noblesse status.

But this is a mistake, because the third is for lvl100 chars, and exalted is for lvl 99. Noblesse is a predecessor for exalted.

Not working for me at Cerenas, Goddard. There is no quest (both side, main, dual). My dual is 86.
