Today I have tried to make an account from two different emails and both times it tells me the account is not verified, that it checks the email, but nothing arrives in the inbox of both emails. Regards

Yes, you can't even log in. Anyway, take the opportunity to do the maintenance and then you don't leave the server down for 2 more hours.
