[Recipe merchant not working]

Hi,

The merchant NPC of Recipe/Fragments for No-Grade ~ S-Grade equipments is not working anymore... They say "I'm sorry, I ran out of materials bellow S grade, I will bring better materials next time"

It was working on the first part of Fafurion update.

Is it a bug or..?
