I'm having trouble finding an Artifact Book Lv.2
I knew the various levels were in Giran but I only see Lv.1 and Lv.3 in the Alexandria shop. Am I doing something wrong?

EvI am a new player. I can't create a character. Even tho i have none, i cant create one, it says to delete an existing one and try again, but there is nothing to delete
