[Get stucked at CONVICTION QUEST]

I have the same problem

the quest don't explain anything

and I can not find High Priest Orven

or Silent Valley or Devils Isle

and start a new game 

My character is looking straight up

I try looking down with the mouse

I went to the menu restarting 

I even shutting down the game

and I don't know what else to do
