[Why do we not have a decent anti bot?]

The amount of bot is not fair and NCSOFT does nothing. 

The game is unfair because of the imbalance caused by the bot.

 

This causes good players to give up playing. I don't feel like playing anymore myself. What does NCSOFT do to resolve this?

It is impossible to play with so much bot on the server. In addition to the lag caused by so many logged-in accounts, you still have to compete with BOT. They're ruining the game.
