It's clear there's a problem, it's not just me, it happened to several friends. In short, items that were broken after 10/31 appear to be recovered, for example an orfen earring that I broke on 11/15, but not all items that I broke before 11/31 appear, such as +2 jewelry. sending a ticket to support and receiving a response from a robot is not helping at all.
