My char it's not receiving pm or mentee invintes, even if he's online. and this happen only with one char that i have. my other two chars i receive pm and the mentor invite without problem. I had submited a ticket but didn't get any suficient response if there's an estimate to solve my problem. I have uploaded videos on youtube showing i but until now i didn't get an answer to my problem.
