Just to be certain before trying anything, are you sure? the problem I'm having makes it so that the game shuts down before I get to see any of my characters from this account, so should I ask them to move all of them to a city? the only ones I can use are from different accounts.

Whenever I try to run the game from the launcher I get a loading screen and then I briefly see only an exit button for a few miliseconds before the game automatically closes itself. seems to be an account issue, the thing is that support has not helped me fix this problem, they insisted that my account was not banned and insisted that it was my PC. I can enter the game and play other toons normally from different new accounts, I've done everything including a fresh OS install and logging in from different PC's and I still get the same every time. Any ideas on what I should do next? bothering account support seems useless and they just fail to see any issues with the account, could this be a region type error or IP related issue? i play from SA

I can't log in, every time I try to open the game it closes itself only showing an exit button for a brief moment before shutting itself down, no error messages displayed or anything. Thing is that It's only this account, tried logging in from another Nc account and there was no problem there. Tried submitting a support ticket, they could not help me. Had me run a bunch of file repairing and networking stuff on windows, deactivated antivirus then uninstalled it entirely, disabled all non-essential services, tried compatibility mode, tried reinstalling the launcher and the game too, even tried logging in from a different PC and no change. eventually they ran out of things to tell me to try and suggested I see a technician or contact my ISP. I asked support about there being a block or ban affecting the account and was told that there was no restrictions placed on it either. Any help for a lost soul here? PS: also haven't logged in for a good 6-8 years so I have no recollection of the things I did the last time I used the characters on this account.
