Hello , if anyone can help much appreciate it. The technical team of NCSOFT does not admit that the mistake is theirs and cannot find a solution to my problem . Before i need to mention. I have tried to run the launcher form 3 different locations with 3 different providers. They keep telling me that its providers fault and they told me 2 different workarounds but nothing helps.
