300% from 0 is still 0
and that is 300% amount increase you talking about not chance to drop adena
They reduced base adena drop chance not amount

It all depends how much you are ready to spend, if you spend a lot of money you can buy good equipment and farm with just 1 client and buffs from l2 store.
If you want to spend the least amount of $ and use 3 clients to farm solo, you will need to invest around 300-400$ for start. That is assumption that you don't want to deal with trades and that you want to have fun from start . Out of those 300-400$ you will need around 200-250$ to buy +12 Bloody weapon with 3 SA without which you wont be able to farm alone properly and maybe 50-150$ more on items to keep your little group able to survive and farm efficiently.
Don't expect to get enough adena to buy shots and materials needed for daily farm (especially since they again "adjusted" adena drop rates, at least that's my experience) until at least 105 lvl (this also depends on your gear, worse gear means you will spend more shots to kill mobs)
You can get into groups with other people but they are not that often and you will have to start them by yourself most of the time and you should expect everyone to be afk in max 10 mins after they join

Actually bot are responsible since they create a lot of adena on server and cause inflation, with inflation prices of everything go up, thats economy 101

We have lots of bots which farm a lot of adena, that cause inflation and price rise on all items. Out of 2.5k chars online on chronos probably 1/3 are bots. +31 R110 weapon would probably cost around 2T adena here. Our economy is sad and run by l2 store and bots, that is reason why most new players quit since they realize they cant buy anything if they don't spend $$ from start

Most of top pvp clans are full of bots and streaming while bot is on would make them look bad so they don't stream or record pvp and those who do record try to hide as much as possible of their screen for same reasons.
Second thing is, pvp is thing of the past and almost no one does it anymore
Also pve on this game is extremely repetitive, once you see it there isn't much changes, endless killing of same mobs on same spot isn't something people want to watch for long period of time

Well if you don't intend to spend ca$h, play support (iss/healer) or don't play at all. After100 lvl you wont be able to do anything in game without l2 store and no one will want you in party as dd. Just to give you example, average weapon right now is considered +12 dark/bloody and that is just tip of iceberg of gear needed

We will get lower prices when idiots stop wasting $hit load of cash on l2 store. After all stop buying they will reconsider prices, but not if people keep buying with this prices, why would they lower prices when they still sell with this prices

You can play here even if you are from Europe, just pick any option its not important. Also there is separate company that has licence for Europe, you can google and find it easy
