I don't know if you have or know anyone who has a company that gives you publicity, but it basically works like this.
Any kind of business that you have consumers (in this case, players) you must pay attention to them.
Imagine a store that sells clothes, but the store only sells the clothes they want, in the way they want without paying attention to what the consumers are desiring, will this store have sales? Yes, there is no doubt about it.
But now imagine a clothing store that sees what the consumers want and fulfills this request, imagine that something is in fashion and that this store listens to its consumers and brings what they want, which store do you think will have a higher profit and a higher sale? Pleasing the consumers?
I know the example is a bit ridiculous, but that is exactly what is happening with NC.
Put people who never played the game to manage it, put people who have no ability to represent a staff, so it is not a matter of scheduled, we know there is, but the point is that the NC should advance, so they show that they are listening to the players.
They are not asking for a change in the game, or to do something impossible, just an EVENT.-

on other note, L2 pass is good, Heaven for everyone for 1 month or so, and kara talisman for us top players + if u calculate other reward u get a nice amount of adena for the ncoin spent. + l2 pass buff is good and vit too. there's no place to complain about a good thing.

I completely agree with you Andouille, however I believe that the people who are asking for redlibra are those who need it the most.
In my case, my complaint was the issue of for example: Today a person who has windows 11 can not play the game normally, because the game closes, there is already a topic on the forum where players have practically given the whole solution of the problem to NC, and it's been a while that this happens, but nothing is done about such a problem.
And people, every company has a work plan, as in the case of NC the events are already with specific dates, but every company that gives proper value to the consumer, which in the case of NC is us, makes changes, serious companies, verify the main needs of consumers and perform maneuvers to be implementing the best service for them. But yes, this is not the case in NC, and perhaps never has been, so I firmly believe that NC should pass the lineage2 for a company that is responsible and can be present in the community, helping and listening to what all players have to say.
As the @Wissp came saying that would check what the community was asking, that would look at us, that would do thousands of things that did not do, I believe that has left everyone sad and angry, it was better that he had not said anything and simply had acted as the @Hermes, @EMpulse, and Arctic that never looked at the community.
The biggest complaint is not even being for the event, which at least seems to be a cool event, which unlike the others, may help a lot of people who can not invest so much money in the game, but the lack of a staff that cares about the players, after all, we are the ones who maintain the game, funding it for many years.

The NC should sell the lineage2 for another company that was able to manage the game in a correct way, I believe that only then the game would suffer some changes, because we have seen that if we depend on the NC staff, the game will stay the same and die slowly.

Hello @Wissp welcome.
Just please, we are begging you, listen to what we have to say, listen to the players, do not make the same mistake as others, we know it is not easy to manage a large amount of people, but we who are playing and spending in the game, we know how it is also not easy to staff not care a bit about what we say, do not care.
So please, it is a request that I believe you can do for everyone, care, value what the community asks, what we say, because we need someone like that in the staff of L2.-
