Where do recipes drop? What is the point of Dwarf - Warsmith? Do they play a bigger role in the late game? I havn't seen any recipes for sale either. Why do mobs drop the "key ingredient" for items to be crafted? Thanks!

Playing as a Dark Avenger (currently Lvl 55) I have not been able to find where to buy/earn C Crystals in any of the shops to use the Panter skill. I know that you used to be able to Crystalize gear in older versions of Lineage 2. I see people selling them in town but it is not affordable still. Do all summons require crystals? Elemental Summoners, Necros, etc Where do you buy them? Thanks for reading.
