Enough is enough. I HIGHLY encourage other gamers to report this behavior to the FCC, this is illegal, its immoral and its time NC Soft West was held accountable for there illegal actions.

each attempt you make, there is a 95% chance you are going to fail
there is no special formula, its clearly posted...each attempt you have a 5% chance to succeed or 95% chance to fail
im not a gambling man, but i dont think any1 in their right mind would ever accept those odds

i login to other game and have fun, and pvp, do dungeons and quests without spending a dime, literally
the coolest part, i dont have to do the same dungeon everyday for 10 years, since there are so many other ones to do....
unlike here at L2, same dungeon everyday for 10 years + same grind spot everyday for 5 years + spend hundreds on game events to get in-game items + no quests + crappy hacker community ....no thanks, not fun

You should credit back every single person who bought Ultimate Jewely Boxes at 80 ncoin either 12 ncoin per box purchased or give them the boxes they should have received if the sale price was properly given to us.
I will tell you this much. You just lied about a promo sale and pushed a non sale, then forced us to buy non sale items to participate in your "event", then you lower prices the following week without a single word regarding the issue.
This is a massive F U to the players who spend. Congrats on pissing off your paying customers. I personally used 40k ncoin. That made 500 boxes. On promo, thats 588 boxes, at least 3 more clicks on the 30 box try. If you think this is a proper business tactic you will find yourself with no spenders pretty damn fast!
What are you going to do about it?
If you think giving us boxes AFTER the special craft is over, you will be sadly mistaken. Don't do this. If you give us boxes as compensation, it needs to be during the special craft event, otherwise bleep off with that solution.

maybe items should drop in-game instead of in micro transaction boxes....that would probably solve some obvious issues
