I opened a ticket to find out if my +12 Dark Krishna Fighter was eligible for restoration, then the GM Kreon confirmed to me that the weapon was eligible, as he confirmed to me that it was I tried to enchant my weapon but unfortunately it failed. Soon after I went to ask him to restore my weapon, but Gm Aozora told me that I was not eligible and that he couldn't do anything about it. so I insisted because I am being harmed by a mistake that was made by GM Kreon. He's the one who gave me the go-ahead to restore the ineligible weapon. it was his mistake to say he was eligible. Now they're telling me they can't do anything. however it was an error of the NCSoft team, not mine. I want my weapon again because GM Kreon confirmed to me that I was eligible. I need some GM to solve my problem, I have all the prints that prove the huge mistake that GM Kreon made with me to prove that I'm not lying and if I need to use it if nobody helps me, if they don't help me I'll need to file a lawsuit lawsuit against NCSoft because I am being harassed by a failure of the NC team
