I'm facing this same error. I've already reinstalled the game twice, cleaned my computer of all traces of the game, used the CCleaner app to clean the registries and make the system clean of game drivers and none of that worked. I added the game to the list of allowed applications in the firewall, I disabled the antivirus and it didn't help. I opened a ticket with support, attaching the dxdiag screen and a Hijack This report, and was told me to close the third-party apps - which didn't work either. Finally, GO Chiisai himself apologized and said it was no longer possible to help me. What I supposed to do? Do I just give up playing? Is it an unsolved error? I'm really REALLY sad because I've had my account for many years and I've been trying to solve this error on my own for a long time.
