I can really understand ( from my line of work and proffesion ) that things like the issue that you had can happen , i can feel your pain getting all the dirt pies in your face .
On the other side i can feel the players as well , Compensation plan you offered is kinda unacceptable , i know nothing changes from what ppl write's , but it could better not to give anything comparing to what you gave .
Wasn't better just to add a 15 days Vit Rune in order to compensate for the lost exp ? ( cz really that was the only issue )
As for the heroes , i can understand your frustration but SQL databases and a java written game has some downsides , you cannot predict everything, i bet my ass it took them the 3/4 of the time to find what in earth was wrong and the other 1/4 to fix it without bleeping the next line of code .

@Hermes i dont totally disagree with the solution but to make it fair from the point of view that if ppl cant buy tickets event cycle's WILL NEVER END , please encourage the dev team to ( if not totally remove ) decrease 1 star "rewards" to 2k each .

@Hermesas time passes , fixing the issue will be useless at that point , better come clean what we will do with our remaining tickets , vanish 10-15-20-30B worth of tickets from players Wharehouses for a bug that came from your side aint cool guys .

@HermesWe all have stored tickets , event should end tomorrow not today... create an NPC in giran to exchange the remaining tickets , we bought them cz today was last day , i have 500 tickets sitting in my WH ( and thats not for long , they are going to be deleted in 21hrs ) 15 B isnt fare to be deleted .
