Is there any guidance on clan crests? Such as uploading one to game and possible places to create one for free that will work with the game. I had found several online for free and saved to my computer. It saved it in jpeg format so I had it converted to .bmp format. But it still isn't allowed to be registered to game. I am stumped at this point. Help!

From USA... Constant lag and throwing me out of game... Today after update, still can't get on dang game. When I do get it in, it is frozen. Very frustrating.
