the GMS are not responding bro, I have the same problem

When the new guardians server started, on the first day I collect the ticket from the special rewards box on the blackbird server thinking that I could also collect it on the server I'm currently on, which is the guardians.On the guardian server, I cash everything but the first assist check I cash on blackbird.When talking to support, they tell me they can't move items between servers.My query is why can't they move items between servers, considering that when charging on the Blackbird server, it automatically charged on the guardians server?Not being able to have the first ticket cashed in blackbird I am unable to cash in a 3 star book as I am missing a black coupon
