I wanted to reach out with a very quick update that I can share regarding the item duplication exploit: Currently, we have found all accounts that have been identified in the exploit. Those accounts have been banned and all items on those accounts have been seized. We also have tracked all items used in the exploit. The only items duplicated have been Soul Crystals. No other items have been duplicated, including Adena. We will continue to keep you updated once the investigation is completed. At this time, we will not be sharing any more information until the investigation is complete. Thank you!

We have a big status update regarding this new Discord server and the NC America team. This update is unfortunately late on our team’s part, but it was necessary as the NC America team moved forward through some changes and a new hiring process. My name is Rownen, and I am *very excited* to be your new community manager here at NC America. As you may have noticed, communication and action has been absent lately from both the community manager and the game producers. After creating this new Discord server, Wissp, our previous community manager moved on to other opportunities. We appreciate Wissp’s hard work that he put into launching the server and we wish him well. Unfortunately, the absence of a community manager during the search for a new candidate put this server in the dark as the NC America team focused on game updates and events. Additionally, as many of you may have noticed or read about, NCSOFT West has undergone an immense number of recent changes and has now formed the new entity, NC America. Employees that now work under the new NC America banner include our game directors and producers from Lineage II, Blade & Soul, and Aion. All of them have been adjusting to the new NC America work environment but have a renewed sense of optimism for the potential that lies ahead. With that being said, I’m ready to step in and resume the community manager responsibilities! I’ve been in the MMO community for quite some time and have also been observing NCSOFT go through changes from afar. I was already excited to start making a difference in this community, but I want you all to know that I was briefed on a longer vision of NC America and the direction it wants to take and this is what truly inspired me to move forward with this role. There is a new beginning for everyone here at NC America. There is a lot of work to be done and new foundations to be built, but I am incredibly excited to be a part of this and look forward to working with you all to create the best experience possible through our games. I have many new ambitions for what I want to bring to this community, but for now, I don’t want to promise anything as I have a lot to learn about the company’s workflows before I get started. Thanks Manu, Any advice is appreciated, Im working on levelling up my skill levels just now. I was originally on the p skill crit damage route but through testing found it was actually better for me to switch to P attk crit damage, understand that maby in long run the skill crit route is probably best but only once I have the right gear. I'll keep plodding along and see how it goes Tek

Hi All, Back in game after a very long extended break and lots have changed since I last played (5+ yrs ago) Currently 112 Dreadnought but have no idea how to spec him out correctly and looking for any guidance/advice as I'm now hitting a brick wall. Ive sat and watched countless youtube vids and scoured diffrent online guides but everything seems outdated or has lots of conjecture. Gear wise I'm Pretty ok i.e. not low gear more Mid but understand I have a lot of work to do/ Money to Spend to get it better. My main question really is around skills to use and correct skill enchantment route and what path I should be taking regarding regarding soul crystals and augments all PVE orientated currently I have everything aimed at P.Attk Crit Damage Would Appreciate any guidance/thoughts on how a Dreadnought should be set up correctly by more experienced players
