Hi everyone, I'm writing the next topic to ask for help, what could be posible ban reaons? I'm asking this because two of my accounts were banned in the past, and now I want to play really hard the official server, so if you can confirm some typical reason, or provide more information let me know please. What I think I did wrong : - Pc with malwares : this year I paid a good antivirus and clean my system - Moving out and change IP : this could be the problem, how should I "Authorize my new IP" if this is the case? for example, now I created this new account and ask me for Authorize this IP, but if I move out or change my provider, what should I do?
