I agree, it doesn't drop from mobs any more and it was taken away from the L2 store. This is still required to seal talismans and most importantly to upgrade to Bloody/Dark Armors.
How is it meant to be done now ?

Where are you guys getting the scroll for the Atlas Earring, i had a Mentee graduate and i didn't get any scrolls in my pack ?

Why are updates like this communicated, but no further information can be found on Lineage 2 Forum or main site. If its something that will be updated later is it really that difficult to communicate that.
