But please understand, there is a lot wrong, a lot of wrong decisions.
Save Classic, it's very easy, activate quests, better use the map itself, which has only been spoiled. That alone would help a lot in rescuing players. That is, if it's a staff concern.

Can you check again to make sure the item's skill is displaying correctly for you?
i mean for lv2 ENCHANTE EFFECT doesnt show in passive and doesnt proc fate power.
