I will take this all the way to Songyee Yoon who I am connected with on LinkedIn. I will be damned if a bug in your program takes this away from me.

I sent my Fire Pendent L4 +5, Talisman of Baium, Aden and Eva talisman to a L20 toon on the same account. Those items didn't transfer and when I went back to get them on my Titan, they aren't there either. I submitted a ticket and the response was that you won't give those items back because I traded the tradeable gear to another toon. Yes, I was taking my top gear and moving it to a L20 to do raids. The imprinted items can't be traded so that is why I use the Dimensional merchant. I spent $2,000 to make the max pendant. If you now tell me you won't replace the items that the Dimensional merchant took, I promise you I am out of this game. Look at the logs from the 4 items I sent from iBigShow to TitanZ20. I have the rest of my gear. I just don't have what the Dimensional Merchant took and never passed on. I only want those 4 items back. Again, I have the rest of my gear and am not asking for that. I need the Dimensional Items back.
