If you add 100% over some value this will be plus 100%. In your example, it would be: 0.001 % + 100.000 % = 100.001 % And when you get 100% chance of 'drop' some item. You ALWAYS will drop that... So I made this question to help me understand how the system works... The other player is talking about 0.001 x 100 = 0.010 % and I have the impression it would be: 0.001 % + 100.000 % = 100.001 %
